IMPORTANT

I only tattoo in black + grey. If you request a color tattoo, you will not receive a response. I also do not do coverups. The more detail you provide on this form, the sooner my assistant will be able to get you booked. Not providing adequate information can delay the booking process quite a bit, so please be thorough. If you are offered an appointment, you will be required to promptly make a $150 deposit to secure your date and time.

Budget

My hourly rate is $200. My minimum for any work, regardless of how long it takes, is $200. I require a $150 deposit. The deposit comes off the final price of the tattoo.

Flash Piece

Most of my flash has a title, but if it doesn't for some reason please describe the piece. If my assistant is unsure which one you're referring to she will ask you to send a screenshot.

Tattoo Location + Size (in inches)

All flash pieces have a minimum required size, which varies from piece to piece. Some pieces are designed to be larger scale and wouldn't look good a lot smaller. If you happen to request a piece smaller than I can do, my assistant will let you know the minimum size.

Days + Times Available

My schedule varies every month so please provide full availability. Weekend space is very limited and in high demand, so please provide an alternate option if getting booked quickly is important to you. If you can absolutely only do weekends, you may have to wait a month or two for an opening. You are also welcome to provide specific dates that would work best for you, but please still provide a general day of the week in case I am unavailable on your specified date.
